Preparing the Breeding Facility

We are very excited about beginning building, and with a special tourism agreement to promote capacity building “research” tourism with the residents of Kachabri, we are promoting only a professional tourism. Visitors will be of a week or more in the village of Kachabri embedded in the Captive Breeding Center.

Indigenous Rock Moving Ceremony

This spring our organization and some of our friends were lucky enough to be invited to a “Rock Moving Ceremony” in the remote indigenous village of Kachabri. The people of Kachabri are Bribri Indians living along the border of Panama and Costa Rica.

May Trip to Kachabri

We recently went up to Kachabri to pick up some baskets for Caribeans Coffee, and to introduce Toto from Redfrogteam.net to the village. Kachabri is the village that we are working with on our reptile and amphibian captive breeding project.

Frog Breeding Project Approved by Indigenous Council

A major landmark has been reached by Project Green Jungle and our partners on the Indigenous reservation. We have received word that our project will be supported by the Bribri Tribal Council. This means that we have the support of the elders in our sustainable revenue breeding project.
